A Pretty Blush and Gold Themed Wedding at Priory Cottages, Wetherby
Hello you lovely lot,
Wedding season has most definitely started for me, I have now had three weddings this year and I have one or two a week right up until my holidays. On Saturday I was lucky enough to film Natalie and Andy's wedding at my favourite venue, The Priory Cottages in Wetherby (this is where I am actually getting married next year!) I had been emailing Natalie a fair bit before the wedding and we got on really well, so I was excited to meet her.
The weather was overcast and warm, which meant that guests could mingle outside in the gorgeous courtyard, as well as spend time in the actual barn. Both Natalie and Andy got ready in the cottages at the venue, which was great as it meant I could keep floating between the two of them and capture both the bridal prep and Andy have a couple of beers with his friends. They had booked live music for the ceremony which was really beautiful and added to the emotions of the day, they also kept the strings theme going by hiring a 12-piece band for their evening reception who had the guests dancing all night. The amazingly talented Natasha Jane Events had styled the marquee beautifully with huge floral displays containing gorgeous blush pink roses and eucalyptus.
At 9pm we went outside and had some fun with sparklers, which always makes for great footage at this time of year.
The whole day was really, really lovely and got me extremely excited for my own wedding! So without further a do here is a sneak peak at their big day..
