My New Packaging!
October 28, 2016
Hello wonderful people,
Apologies for the silence on here for a while, as a lot of you know we have had a few illnesses and hospital trips in the Brownridge/White household over the past couple of weeks. But I am back with a bit of a different post today, and it's all to do with my rebrand and my gorgeous new packaging.
When I was 'Charlotte Emily Videography' pretty much all my work was delivered online. I know that a lot of people want to share their wedding day memories with friends and family so it made it very easy to just upload everything, and then the couple could download them straight to their computer.
For videos I use Vimeo to do this, and for photographs I use Pixieset which make gorgeous little online albums.
Now, don't get me wrong I am still doing the online delivery for video trailers and photographs, however I am also beginning to send out beautiful little USB boxes to all my new bookings and my old platinum package clients.
A lot of big photographers are actually steering away from sending hard copies of images at the moment because of the ease and cost effectiveness of online delivery. However I think there is something really nice about having something you can actually hold.
So here is a sneak peak of one of my boxes which is being sent out today, (it's finally on it's way Hollie and Rob - I hope you agree it was worth the wait!!)
When I was rebranding I thought a lot about my personal values and the values I wanted as a business; I want my photos and videos to always feel sentimental, warm and romantic. Therefore I went for a deep walnut box because of the richness of the colour, also I thought the idea of a keepsake box fit beautifully with my brand.
My new colours include deep purples, golds and coppers which I feel reflect my films and photographs and their sentimental value much better than my previous pastel shades.
I have also teamed up with Loxley colour to start providing tons of printed items, including albums. Personally, I think that every couple should have a wedding album; viewing them on a screen isn't the same as flicking through pages full of your special memories. (Mind you I am a paperback book girl still!)
I have a variety of albums covering every budget from £200 to £750. My top photography package comes with a coffee table look book included, however why not spoil yourself, or your parents, to a leather back album which can be passed down the family?
If you're a previous client of mine, and you have the copyright to your images, then please get in touch if you would like to know more about the different albums.
